About the Creator
Hi, I’m Lee Newell, the creator of Withlacoochee River Outdoors. I’ve spent years exploring the rivers, springs, and backwoods of Florida — fishing, camping, and discovering what makes the great outdoors so rewarding.
What started as a personal love for nature and simple living has grown into a passion for sharing real outdoor adventures with others. Through videos, photos, and stories, I aim to show that anyone can experience the peace, excitement, and beauty that comes from being outside — whether it’s landing your first fish, cooking over an open fire, or just enjoying a quiet day by the river.
