We want you to be happy with your purchase. For Printful-produced items and print-on-demand apparel, all items are made to order; please review product descriptions and sizing before ordering.
Damages and defects
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@withlacoocheeriveroutdoors.com with:
Order number
Photos of the damaged item
Short description of the issue
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with Printful to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Size or fit issues
Sizing can vary by product; check product pages for size charts. We generally do not accept returns for incorrect size unless the item is defective.
Non-returnable items
Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
Refund process
If we approve a refund, we will refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing (depending on the payment provider). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
