PROCESSING TIME
All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means your custom fishing designs are created specifically for you after you place your order.
- Processing Time: 2-7 business days
- Production begins immediately after order confirmation
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships

SHIPPING TIMES
After production is complete, shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping (Continental US): 3-5 business days
- Total Time (Production + Shipping): 5-12 business days

FREE SHIPPING
Continental United States (Lower 48):
✓ FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75 or more
✓ Orders under $75: Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Alaska & Hawaii:
Due to the remote location and significantly higher carrier costs, a shipping surcharge of $8-$12 applies to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. This helps offset the additional expenses while keeping our product prices competitive for all customers.
- Orders $75+: Free shipping + surcharge ($8-$12)
- Orders under $75: Standard shipping + surcharge

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and product selections before completing checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery location
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
