2. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices may change without notice. We will not charge your payment method until the order is accepted and processed.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
Products fulfilled by Printful will be shipped according to Printful’s production and shipping timelines. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided where available.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled per our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Withlacoochee River Outdoors or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Withlacoochee River Outdoors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the site or products.
7. Governing Law

9. Shipping & Geographic Reach Withlacoochee River Outdoors exclusively sells and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not fulfill international orders at this time. Any orders placed with a shipping address outside of the US will be cancelled and refunded.
10. Fulfillment & Production Time Our products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed and packaged before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. This production time is separate from the shipping transit time.
11. Returns & Exchanges Policy Because our gear is printed specifically for you upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. We will gladly replace any items that arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing defect. Please consult the sizing charts provided on the product pages before placing your order.
